We are able to provide both judicial scrivener services and administrative scrivener services in one place, so we believe that you will be able to use your time and money effectively.

Real Estate Registration
We prepare documents and act as an agent for Registrations when there are changes in rights of land or buildings. Please contact us especially when foreigners are involved.
Inheritance business
We support executing amicable inheritance by obtaining Family Register documents and drafting such legal documents as Inheritance Table, Inheritance Division Agreement, Testament of Will, etc.
Adult Guardianship
We provide legal support in the Adult Guardianship System to protect elderlies with dementia and those with intellectual and mental disadvantages from malicious business practices, etc., so that they could live safe with peace of mind.
